how to confgure admin and super admin

Hello Team, I am not able to find configuration required to create an admin and super admin for the server. I tried to put below mentioned configuration in /src/assets/config.json but it is not effective. Please let me know if I am missing something. "superadmin": { "username": "", "password": "" }, "admin": { "username": "", "password": "" },
