Email links (confirmation etc) not working from phone, working from web

Hello. We have encountered this problem and we're still not able to solve it, so we wanted to ask here if you encountered it already. Registration confirmation link works when it's clicked from the web browser - user is activated and everything's fine. When clicked from a gmail client etc on ios/android, nothing happens. Page is opened but user is not activated. Do you maybe know what's happening? Thanks in advance.
