I am not able to reproduce this bug, has anybody been able to reliably repro this or is it random?

I believe this was caused by a bug related to "@/" import aliases. I just released v3.1.5 that fixes the issue, pls feel free to re-open if it's still happening

This happens when the underlying conversation history json for the task gets corrupted usually due to a weird char trying to be saved. Will investigate and report back
