adds on focus functionality for unmasked strings

for unmasked strings textedit behaves unexpectedly.

ex. text=5551112233->onfocus->delete-> +90 555 111 22 3 but scroll goes to the start of string like -> +90 (555) |111 22 3_

to solve the issue we applied mask onFocusChanged
