Improvement package.

I've made some updates. Let me know what are your thoughts.

• all libraries updated, compiled for Java version 11.
• using shade to package javafx into a fat jar, no more dependency problems
• tray icon removed, close program on window close
• passing file as parameter to jar will open the file
• meta box, no longer crashes parsing
• open location remembered from last file
• reload file option, reselect box if possible
• copy box content hex to clipboard
