IdentityMap doesn't handle users with the same name and shortened key

There is a chance, negligible in natural usage, possibly higher with an "attacker" that users with the same nickname and shortened key (see ShortenedPublicKeyFinder.getShortenedKey()) will collide and cause problems with the maps keys in IdentityMap.
