Hotkeys/Shortcuts for block content annotations/marks/block types

Would be nice to be able to define hotkeys for various decorators/annotations/block types. For example right now when highlighting some rich text and pressing CMD + B (mac) the selection becomes bold.

I have a custom annotation that pops up a window where a selection of custom spans can be selected. Would save time to be able to do it by pressing a hotkey/short command instead of clicking the buttons.
