Highlight next actions in ticket lists
Beyond investigating tickets one by one, which is cumbersome, there is no good way to scan tickets according to their next action. Having next actions readily readable in the ticket list itself would make ticket follow-up more efficient for agents.
One direction here is adding next action icons as a small overlay on the ticket emoji, using emojis for bugs
, docs
and feature requests
. Alternatively, we could list the follow-up action in the ticket's subtitle instead.
