Monthly archives for tickets

Over time, the number of tickets is likely to grow significantly. Therefore, ticket lists should probably contain only a limited number of items, such as tickets active in the last 30 days.

The remainder of tickets can then be accessible either through a monthly archive of folders in the Studio, or simply via search/querying data separately.
