How to set the model config file

I am using the model to seg more than 4 classes , I chane the NUM_CLASS. Would you please show me how to set the CLS_LOSS_WEIGHT、CLS_COLOR_MAP、BILATERAL_THETA_A、 BILATERAL_THETA_R in model config.
