Will this version of PVANet-code execute significantly slower on detection, than in the article?

Does this mean that this version of PVANet-code will execute with significantly lower the number of FPS on detection, than in the article?

This version of py-faster-rcnn is slower than our in-house runtime code (e.g. image pre-processing code written in Python)

How many times approximately this version is slower? And can you provide a C++ version for detection?
