User story As LeGo, we want to ensure we can access the correct DAA when we get a request for data from an External Researcher

This story is acting as a test to over see that LeGo can pull in all the sample data required for a Study which has been requested.

Questions:

  • When an external researcher requests data access for a particular study in EGA, how are the samples that are associated with that study found?
  • For example, if a sample is resequenced under a different study, where is the data that is updated.
  • What data needs to be updated when a study is updated before sequencing (eDAM internal, and the DAA), anything else?
    • What data needs to be updated when a study is updated after sequencing (eDAM internal, and the DAA), anything else?
  • what should the data look like when samples have been sequenced under multiple different studies?
  • check the Study’s samples accessed are those samples which were sequenced under that Study, rather than added to SciOps under
