Questions:
- When an external researcher requests data access for a particular study in EGA, how are the samples that are associated with that study found?
- For example, if a sample is resequenced under a different study, where is the data that is updated.
- What data needs to be updated when a study is updated before sequencing (eDAM internal, and the DAA), anything else?
