Y24-380 - Documentation for cherrypicking options

Description There's a lack of understanding among users and developers as to exactly how each of the 3 cherrypicking options behave. We should produce some user-friendly documentation to help with this.

Acceptance Criteria The following outputs from the research are produced:

• [x] Documentation page on public-facing Confluence called "Cherrypicking in Sequencescape" or similar.
• [x] It explains the effect of choosing each of the 3 options shown in the above screenshot.
• [x] It explains the effect of each of the input fields under each of the options.
• [x] Audience is primarily users of the app (SSRs).
• [x] Ideally, put a link to the documentation page in the app - probably makes sense somewhere in the above screenshot, next to the options.
• [ ] If, while doing this task, you think there could be small tweaks made to the user interface that would improve the usability (e.g. change in wording), you could add ideas on this story - TBC.
