User story As a Data Release Manager (Quan L) I would like the SequenceScape Study setup fields to align to the ENA database fields so that data release is not delayed.

Acceptance criteria To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• [ ] Add EBI:Library Strategy as field with a combobox of options from here to the Study Setup page. This must be selected and cannot be left empty.
• [ ] Add EBI: Library Source, as field with a combobox of options from here to the Study Setup page. This must be selected and cannot be left empty.
• [ ] Add EBI:Library Selection, as field with a combobox of options from here to the Study Setup page. This must be selected and cannot be left empty.
• [ ] Export these additional fields to the MLWH.
• [ ] Remove the "ENA requirement" text from the Study Type field on Study Setup page.
• [ ] Add the "ENA requirement" text to the EBI:Library Strategy, EBI: Library Source and EBI:Library Selection fields.

Additional Context When uploading data to the EBI's ENA database values for EBI:Library Strategy, EBI: Library Source, and EBI:Library Selection must be selected from the vocabulary described here Currently the data release team have to guess or infer this from the Study fields Study Type and Library Type in SequenceScape and this is not always possible. This results in undue delays in releasing data as the Study owners must be contacted and the values for the fields explained and clarified. This story will leave the original Sequence fields Study Type and Library Type in place as they are used for other processes but force the Study Setup to explicitly select values for the EBI fields for data release.
