DPL-nnn Volume checker file upload integration suite test

User story As PSD developer I want to have an integration suite test that checks the correct upload of a volume check in the network folder and validates that the data goes right into the warehouse because we need to have a better coverage of Sequencescape to be able to perform refactors or dependency upgrades without issues.
