DPL-794 Insert sample information for cherrypicked samples that failed to update
User story
Create a script that will insert 27 samples for RNA_0036
that should be on HT-140334
and 18 samples for RNA_0011
that should be on HT-140337
. These appear in cherrytrack and other related locations, but are missing from Sequencescape.
In addition, a similar destination plate HT-140370
has both source plates missing from it because no recovery method was run. The plate mapping in the second RT ticket should be used to create the destination plate and source plate samples in Sequencescape. Source plates there are RNA_0096
and RNA_0068
.

Acceptance criteria To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- [x] Samples for
RNA_0036
appear onHT-140334
in Sequencescape with all their associated metadata. - [x] Samples for
RNA_0011
appear onHT-140337
in Sequencescape with all their associated metadata. - [x] Samples for
RNA_0068
andRMA_0096
appear the Cherrytrack database as being transfered toHT-140370
in the correct mapping. - [x] Samples for
RNA_0068
appear onHT-140370
in Sequencescape with all their associated metadata. - [x] Samples for
RNA_0096
appear onHT-140370
in Sequencescape with all their associated metadata.

mf17 tried to fix the latter plate by running the recovery method on it. The method did cause Sequencescape to create a destination plate but it's empty. I've found the source and destination plates in Cherrytrack and I've asked mf17 to confirm that a spreadsheet he sent (in the ticket) has the correct mappings in it. If so, I will join the plates according to the mapping in Cherrytrack database and create the samples in Sequencescape, assigned to the correct destination plate.
I've generated scripts to update HT-140334
and HT-140337
which add the source samples to Sequencescape and allocate them to the appropriate wells of the destination plates.
