DPL-737 Fix Bioscan failing test

Describe the Housekeeping As a developer, I would like to fix Sequencescape's intermittently failing unit test: spec/models/plate_purpose/additional_input_spec.rb It only fails when run in github using knapsack in combination with other tests files (it doesnt fail when running it alone)
