DPL-481 add DCP option to study management page

User story As Head of Cellular Genetics Operations and Strategy (Liz Langley) when setting up the managing of a study please create a drop down that allows the team to select ‘DCP’ (Data Coordination Platform) as an option (as ENA or EGA can currently be selected). The work-around currently presents a risk of non-compliance as specified by the Head of Research Governance (Carol Smee), see below
