DPL-247 Manifest upload should support multiple suppliers

User story As a member of the BioResource team, when creating manifests to import samples into Sequencescape for the Cardinal project, I would like to be able to include multiple suppliers (= collection sites) in a single manifest, to save me time in splitting the data out by supplier.

Acceptance criteria To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• [ ] New column in manifest, supplier, which populates the sample-supplier link on each sample
• [ ] Think about how to manage the manifest-supplier link for these manifests - remove the option to add supplier on the manifest generation page? Add a 'not specified' or 'multiple' supplier option? Is it OK to leave the supplier on a manifest blank?

Update from Sameena, 27/05/2022:

From the BioResource point of view, we require ideally DPL-248 but not sure what the resource requirement and dependencies are for this requirement. DPL-247 is a half-way house between current processes and DPL-248, thus would need to discuss what is the best way forward for this.
