Describe the Housekeeping

  • Upgrade to rails 6.1

PR https://github.com/sanger/sequencescape/pull/3316 sets up a rails 6.1 dual boot when setting BUNDLE_GEMFILE=GemfileNext there are GH actions to use this.

** Issues **

  • Current JSON API resources version is incompatible. This is fixed in head, but requires resolution of:
