How to store all Sandstorm data on selected disk?

We want to deploy Sandstorm configuration which will select placement of all Sandstorm files and databases in /dev/sdb1 Is this possible?

Sandstorm doesn't have any configuration to use storage outside of /opt/sandstorm. However, I believe if you mount that or subfolders of it to other drives, it should work?
