I am not so knowledgeable of JS as to decide whether I should also add custom ~Exceptions~ Errors, like in the Java version. Any suggestions?

I've added a bunch of improvements to the Javascript version of the kata.

This branch has some conflicts now due to a previous merge. Please fix it and I'll merge it.

I've made a PR to use a more modern test runner vitest.
