disqus comment count not working

I added my disqus shortname but, my comment count always 0. When I click "DISQUS (0 COMMENTS)", I see all comments.

@abalta Maybe the Disqus data-disqus-identifier does not match? It's the id of the post. New comments should work, old comments may have another id.

Hi @sandrokeil I'm having the same issue. can you provide a slightly more detailed explanation. I've checked my code and seems like its following the format you proposed.

@alinawab Not sure what could be wrong. Do you see any comments? Have you set the casperionConfig.disqus_shortname in default.hbs
