jekyll webpack boilerplate modernization

Hello!

The small business I run ( https://www.controlshiftlabs.com/ ) is potentially interested in sponsoring the work of updating jekyll-webpack-boilerplate to webpack v4 and the latest js dependencies generally (many of the older dev dependencies currently in use look like they have security warnings).

Is that work any of the maintainers would be interested in doing on a paid basis? We use the boilerplate for a few static sites we maintain and if we can sponsor the update work upstream, it could benefit the whole community.
