Meta Description for Multiple Languges

Hello,

unfortunately meta description with multiple language doesn't work out of the box. Or am I missing something?

I tried: main folder: A description variable in YAML front matter (f.e. home.md) works fine - but its not language dependency. lang sub folder: A description variable in the translation files f.e. es/home.md is ignored and rendered as plain text.
