IBMExperiment Request: Kill All Jobs If All Jobs Don't Submit

I'd like a feature added to the IBMExperiment class that cancels all jobs if all jobs don't correctly submit to the queue, so as to not run incomplete experiments. This should be toggled off as the default, but for those of us that run many experiments on IBM it could be pretty helpful.
