Hey Sandia,

I found this repo from https://wiki.recessim.com/view/Gr-smart_meters_Setup_Guide#Install_Frequency_Hopping_Utilities but I'm a little confused about what a PDU is and the README doesn't really clarify.

What is a PDU?
