Segfault in populate mesh - blake performance tests

This happened again yesterday but I just tried re-running and populate mesh works fine. Not able to reproduce.

Did you re-run mpirun -n X Albany ... or dit you run it via ctest -R ...? I wonder if something is amiss when running through ctest...

ctest. The segfault seems to only pop up occasionally in the nightlies.
