Dropdown boxes may show selection list on other screen in multi-monitor setups

Opening a dropdown box such as the registered image selectors may appear to open no selection list, but the list may end up being in another screen in multi-monitor setups. This issue may be related to the underlying TraitsUI or PyQt5 toolkits.
