Add firewall rules on installation

As @PhilipAmos identified in #102, the RoadCaptain installer doesn't add the necessary firewall rules to be able to accept incoming connections from Zwift. It would be great if these can be added automatically so that users don't have to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
