what's your kivymd version? different from the one in requirements.txt? i suspect some change there broke it

actually I see kivymd is breaking on a patch release, I've locked in 0.104.1, but should look into this

This is too complicated (all the analysis and such will have to be rotated) and has very little use, so I am unlikely to do this.

That's a good idea. Someone who is interested in contributing here should look at the gridpos arrays in badukpan.py

I've heard s similar request for the purpose of being able to compare how an exchange would affect analysis, on the basis of history-free analyses. It's a pretty big feature...

Somewhat helped by 'insert mode' in 1.7

I high dan AI is indeed requested often enough. I think a better option is an AI option which does a quick extra query, that way analysis is not affected....
