Issue 141 Cleaned Heater N-Walk, Mapped Remaining Heater Patterns

More Issue #141 updates.

This was kind of annoying, but oh well... Here's what I did here:

1. Fixed Missing "Teen" Layer Frame on Chevron Inverted JSON
2. Fixed Heater Shield North Walk Positioning On my Revised Layout (I didn't like the north shield animation here)
3. This also required me to adjust all the old positions, too, for paint, trim, and the existing patterns
4. Mapped Out ALL Frames for:
5. Chief Pattern
6. Cross Pattern
7. Fess Pattern
8. Pale Pattern
9. Pall Pattern
10. Quarterly Pattern
11. Configured Brand New Frames for Lozengy
12. Made Additional adjustments after testing
13. Adjusted Credits CSV
14. New Update: Fixed Animations on the Newly Updated Patterns
