Possible to organize by channel/user?

Is it possible to organize videos by channel/user with appropriate cover art taken from their youtube page?

Right now I organize my videos like:

youtube
|-Steve and Maggie
   ...

It would be nice to have similar organization features to "TV Shows" so you can "browse by channel name", "see related videos", etc.
