stdTimer - Sometimes the excel instance remains after Excel Quit

Need to figure out why this occurs, and resolve it.

Hello, in attachment a workbook with the problem but may be wrong usage of the stdTimer . To stop it i set the object to Nothing -> generate an error in stdTimer -> the remote workbook is not destroyed. it seems that i have not seen example with stdTimer. Start the timer with the button then Stop the Timer. i use Excel 2021 64 bits And the stdTimer change the VBOM : may be unsecured -> it is to the user to decide to enable VBOM or not Friendly J.P
