Better support for multi-folder workspaces

Problem

In multi-folder workspaces, the standard VS Code task view gives hints to the folders certain tasks belong:

However, without those hints, it is difficult to tell which folder those tasks may run in.

Expected behavior:

Tasks in the "Task Runner" view should also include parenthetical notes for the folder like the standard task pane. Ideally these notes would be in a different font to distinguish from the task name.
