Hello do there is a way to delete poisontap forever after launched on a Mac ? Thank you

you need to clear your DNS cache.

Depending on your OS version; for example on Yosemite you would want to run sudo discoveryutil mdnsflushcache;sudo discoveryutil udnsflushcaches;say flushed

You probably want to clear the data of the infected browser as well. (mainly clear the cache)

And if that's a concern you might also want to clear your existing sessions when relevant. Some website call that function "log out connected devices" or "clear existing sessions". This should invalidate the cookies that have been syphoned by PoisonTap. This step should be done once you've cleared your DNS cache as described by AddaxSoft and cleared your browser cache as I mentioned above.
