YouTube thumbnail is bad quality

The new YouTube thumbnails since #34 are really low quality / resolution. Here's an embed by the plugin followed by a normal iframe. It's ugly even with a narrow document but especially with the fullwidth option. There should be at least an option to fetch a higher quality thumbnail.
