Hi! Thank you for this pull request. It is exact I want to use in my UICollectionView. Any ideas when maintainers will merge the PR?

Ha, I've contributed this 2+ years ago. So I wouldn't expect it being merged anytime soon. You're more than welcome to use my changes, though. Last I checked (which /is/ a long time ago), it worked just fine.

Created a custom code for horizontal scroll, did't use the SVPullToRefresh. Horizontal scroll is an useful feature for SVPullToRefresh, hope they will merge PR someday.
