CI is Failing

It looks like the Fedora 5 container's networking is broken. Is there value in keeping tests and support for Fedora 5?

I'm not sure if I can answer that. Is Fedora 5 unsupported? Does nobody use it in Samvera-land?

I asked about Fedora 5 use on a call with several Fedora folks present and they know of two Fedora 5 users, but neither are in conjunction with Samvera projects.

If nobody's using it and it's unsupported, I'm okay removing it. It probably means a major version to do that though

@tpendragon This issue appears to be a hard blocker to progress. What is the path forward? I don't personally see the need for a new major version to drop support for Fedora 5, since Fedora is not a requirement, but if that's the consensus view, so be it.
