Document how to create a simple MetadataAdapter.

This seems unnecessary. How often do you think people will write a new adapter? Of those people how many would just write the code rather than run a generator. I’d say that spending this time on documentation would be far more valuable.

@mbklein @awead Would this have been useful or was it just as easy to write it from scratch? Maybe just need documentation?

Documentation is fine. Maybe a shared spec if it's really important...

https://github.com/samvera-labs/valkyrie/wiki/Shared-Specs definitely seems to get us pretty far toward this goal.

Question 1: should that page be moved to the "advanced Topics" section? Question 2: what more does this guide/issue require?
