User Interface Issue on Mobile Portrait View of Profile Page

Testing using Android Chrome browser. Confirmed the same issues using https://pg.nurax.samvera.org/ and https://f6.nurax.samvera.org.

On the Profile page, the left navigation is so narrow that it is unusable in the portrait view. The landscape view is better, although the email address at the top of the left navigation is wrapped, making it look unprofessional.
