Replace file upload JS widget

Descriptive summary

The JavaScript currently used for uploading files (https://github.com/blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload) is incompatible with Rails 7. It has been patched to work with Rails 6 but will need to be replaced. Suggestions include dropzone.js

We may want to split these tickets up. Maybe consider it out of scope? I know I asked for front end work, but if we don't have something Valkyrie related and this is going to have broad-reaching impact maybe we want to push this off.

Success Criteria

This file uploader is used in the "new work" form and the "edit" form.

  • [ ] Identify a file upload replacement for jquery-file-upload.
    • Must allow for asynchronous upload of multiple files of arbitrary sizes.
  • [ ] Implement the new file uploader, ensure it works for both Koppie & Dassie
