When attempting to delete a file from a monograph, the app crashes with the following error:

When attempting to access the monograph after the deletion failure, the app crashes with the following error:

Rationale

This impedes a user's ability to edit the images attached to a monograph.

Expected behavior

When a user deletes a file attached to a monograph, the file is deleted and the user can access the monograph normally without any failures.

Actual behavior

When you attempt to delete a file (e.g. image file) from a monograph,, the app breaks, and any future attempts to access that monograph fail

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Go to Works under Repository Contents > Works
3. Click on Add New Work
4. Select Monograph
5. Fill in the required fields under Descriptions and add an image file under Files
6. Save and access the newly created monograph
7. On the monograph's show page, under Items, find the dropdown Select an action next to the image file uploaded with the monograph
8. Click Delete
9. The app will crash

If you attempt to reaccess the monograph, the app will continue to crash
