:bug: Deleted Works should get removed from FeaturedWorks table

Descriptive summary

If a work gets deleted that is a featured work, it should also get deleted from the FeaturedWork table.

Not doing so causes the tenant homepage to crash.

NOTE: The source of this bug may be in Hyrax
