A working branch to address IiifPrint issue 350

  • It updates both IiifPrint and Hyrax to alternate branches.
  • It switches Hyku to run CI with HYRAX_VALKYRIE set to true. We do not expect to support non-valkyrie implementations for upcoming releases.
