No partial for directory image setting

Descriptive summary

Hyku v4.1.0

An admin can set a directory image and an alt text for it, but it is not being utilized.

We noticed that Pals has a partial that uses it. It must not have been contributed back to hyku.

Rationale

It's misleading to allow a user to set something that they cannot see or use. Either pull in the partial that uses it or delete the ability to set it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to admin dashboard, settings, appearance and click on the directory image tag
  2. Upload a photo and set the alt text
  3. go to the proprietor home page (ie: hyku.test). The directory image should be used there like it is in PALS.
