Re-enable search result bookmarks

Descriptive summary

Pull request https://github.com/samvera/hyku/pull/1835 commented out bookmarks in the view partial, because using them in a shared search tenant causes an unrecoverable error. If this is a desired feature, a workaround is needed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

When running in development mode:

1. Uncomment the bookmark code in catalog/_index_header_default.html.erb partial
2. Go to shared search tenant catalog search results view
3. Switch to gallery view to find the bookmark option
4. Select an item to bookmark
5. Future search results views will fail
