Add LatLonPointSpatialField to solr config. See projectblacklight/blacklight@bed6f04#diff-049ccaa11fc261c1090e98d2e13a0713

We removed references to the deprecated LatLonType from Solr schema here: https://github.com/samvera/active_fedora/pull/1376. @jcoyne suggested adding a LatLonPointSpatialField in that PR, but I am splitting that suggestion out into a separate issue so we can move forward with a new AF release.
