Need landing page

We may need a landing page for introducing Samuwrite.

I suggest using a simple placeholder to introduce Samuwrite when starting up. This placeholder will disappear once user start entering some text & should re-appear when the editor is empty (debatable). This behavior is heavily inspired by vim
