No characters are being shown when trying to import back up

I just installed the snap version after the AUR version i was using didnt want to work, all it displayed was a white screen with the option bar but those did nothing and after multiple reinstalls i decided to use the snap version and import my backups but now im not able to know what i am importing and i get an error i have no idea what it is because it is blocks as well.
